About Allyson Arnold, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Allyson Arnold is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in Montana. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2013 and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana. She discovered her passion for psychiatric nursing while working in community mental health at Western Montana Mental Health Center.

Allyson founded Altruistic Mental Wellness with a desire to improve quality of life and provide hope to those living mental health conditions. She believes compassion and empathy are foundational to forming trusting therapeutic relationships. Within psychiatry she has a love for neuroscience, psychopharmacology, nutritional psychiatry, early intervention, prevention, and patient education.

Allyson draws personal inspiration and healing through nature, animals, music, dance, breath work, pilates, and learning. She finds meaning through creativity and treasures her friends, family, and community. She moved to Flathead County in 1998 and is grateful for the awe-inspiring landscapes of Montana.
